Maintain Compliance with laws / regulations:
I help the association and its board act in compliance with the association’s governing documents, the Florida statutes, and federal law. When questions or problems arise, I will work with the board to help find a good solution that complies with legal requirements.

Meeting Notices and Scheduling:
I assist the board in scheduling meetings and providing proper notice of the meetings in accordance with all requirements.

Attend Meetings / Record Minutes:
I attend and record minutes for meetings of the board, annual member meetings, and other meetings where my presence is required. I verify that a quorum is present. At annual member meetings I also verify all proxies and the voting status of members present. I also participate in other ways as requested by the board.

Generate Required Documents:
I ensure that legal documents or reports such as Estoppel's, Corporate Annual Reports, tax returns, and certification / inspection documents are produced as required. I also inform the board of all notices or other legal documents sent to the association and advise on any action required.
